- Prepare Your Return: Include the RAN with your return package to ensure smooth processing. Returns sent without this number may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
3. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75 to ensure they are returned safely.
4. Refund Processing
- Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements.
- You will be notified of the status of your refund via email. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Please allow up to 7-14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing times.
